Available in three popular sizes — 12×24, 16×32, and 20×40 — these steel-wall pool kits are engineered by JAS Aquatics with the same craftsmanship and attention to detail found in custom pool builds, but at a fraction of the cost and complexity. Each kit ships with all structural components needed to build a 6-foot-deep rectangular pool, and a range of premium upgrades let you customize your pool to match your lifestyle and budget.

What Is Included

All kits include steel wall panels, structural supports, plumbing components, and the pool liner for the selected size. The design shown is the standard layout — any modifications to the pool shape, plumbing, or features will result in a change order and adjusted pricing. A one-time plan fee of $1,250 is available for detailed construction documents including dig sheets, panel layouts, pump equipment plans, liner drawings, step drawings, and plumbing diagrams.

Important Notes

All pool kits are 6 feet deep with no additional features included in the base price. Gas, electrical, coping, dig, concrete, and labor are not included and must be arranged separately. Kit pricing applies only to the standard design shown — any changes to the pool layout or plumbing will void the listed price and require a change order. Payments for change orders must be made on the date the change is accepted.
