Protect Your Pool from Aggressive Low-Calcium Water
Water with low calcium hardness (below 200 ppm) becomes aggressive and corrosive. It actively dissolves calcium from plaster surfaces, leaving them rough, pitted, and stained. It attacks metal components in heaters, pumps, and ladders. In extreme cases, it even etches vinyl liners and degrades fiberglass gel coats. E-Z Clor Calcium Elevator prevents all of this by raising your calcium hardness to the recommended 200–400 ppm range.

How to Use
Test your pool’s calcium hardness level. If below 200 ppm, add Calcium Elevator to bring it up. Pre-dissolve 1 lb at a time in a bucket of warm water before adding to the pool — calcium chloride generates heat when dissolved. Add slowly near a return jet with the pump running. One pound per 10,000 gallons raises calcium hardness by approximately 10 ppm. Wait 6 hours between doses and retest.
